A useful answer usually contains a plan, and that plan usually dies in your scrollback. Flow is where it goes instead: plans made of concrete steps you can finish, revisit, or keep working through with CruxAI.
Creating a plan
Two ways in:
- From a conversation — select Turn this into a Flow on a response. CruxAI extracts the actionable steps and builds a plan from them.
- From scratch — select New plan on the Flow page and add steps yourself.
Reading the Flow page
Three counters sit at the top:
- Needs attention — steps that are due or overdue.
- Open steps — everything still outstanding.
- Finished this week — what you have actually cleared.
Below that, the step list filters by Today, Upcoming, All, or Done, with your active plans in the side pane. Select a plan to see every step in it.
Focus on what is next
The Focus on what's next button surfaces a single step rather than the whole list. When a plan has grown to twenty items and you are not sure where to start, this is the fastest way back into the work.
Adding steps as you go
The inline add row takes a step in one line — write the next concrete action and press Add. Keep steps small enough that finishing one is unambiguous; "email Priya the revised quote" beats "sort out pricing."
Flow tracks what to do. For the decisions and constraints that shape the work, use Checkpoints — the second tab on the same page.
