The Newsroom newsletter delivers product launches, announcements, and updates by email. As the sign-up says: no spam, unsubscribe anytime.
Subscribing
- Enter your email address in the subscribe box on any Crux Newsroom page.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
- Select the link in it to activate your subscription.
The confirmation step is required. Until you select that link you are not subscribed — this is what stops anyone from signing up an address they do not own.
If the confirmation email does not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder, and any "Promotions" style tab.
- Confirm the address you typed. A typo means the email went somewhere else entirely.
- Wait a few minutes — delivery is not always instant.
- Try subscribing again; a fresh confirmation link is sent.
Using a different address
The subscribe form offers Use a different email if you entered the wrong one. You can also simply subscribe with the correct address and ignore the unconfirmed one, which never becomes active.
Unsubscribing
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Selecting it removes you immediately — there is no confirmation step and no sign-in required. You can resubscribe later with the same address.
A newsletter subscription is not a Crux ID
Subscribing does not create an account, and unsubscribing does not affect your Crux ID or any Crux product. They are entirely separate. Email preferences for your account — security alerts and sign-in notifications — are managed in the account portal instead.
