CruxAI Connectors: Google Drive, Gmail, OneDrive & Outlook

Connectors let CruxAI securely read from your other accounts so it can answer using your own files and email. Two connectors are available:

  • Google — Google Drive and Gmail
  • Microsoft — OneDrive and Outlook

What access CruxAI requests

Access is read-only — CruxAI reads file content/metadata and messages to answer your questions; it does not send email or modify your files. You authorize each connector through the provider's own secure sign-in and can disconnect at any time.

How to connect

  1. Open CruxAI and go to Settings -> Connectors.
  2. Choose Google or Microsoft and complete the provider's sign-in.
  3. Once connected, you can ask CruxAI about content in those accounts.
Only connect accounts you're comfortable letting CruxAI read. You can revoke access any time from Settings -> Connectors, or from the provider's own security settings.
