The Space calendar shows the month first so you can see its shape, with the agenda for a chosen day underneath.
Adding an event
Select Add event and give it a title, date, and time. Events cover meetings, milestones, deadlines, and group plans equally well.
RSVPs
Members respond to an event with Going, Maybe, or Can't go, and everyone can see the responses. Responding requires the respond to events permission, which members have by default.
Asking for an RSVP on things that genuinely need a headcount — and not on everything — keeps responses meaningful.
Cancelling
Cancel an event rather than deleting it when people have already responded, so it is clear the plan changed rather than the event silently vanishing.
Subscribing from your own calendar
The Space calendar is available as a standard ICS feed, so it can be subscribed to from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or anything else that reads calendar feeds. Space events then appear alongside your own without visiting Spaces.
Subscribing is read-only and updates on your calendar app's own schedule, which for most apps means a delay of some hours after an event changes.
A calendar feed URL grants access to the events it contains, so treat it as private and do not share it outside the Space.
