What is Crux Spaces?

Crux Spaces at spaces.cruxinteractive.com is a private home for a group's work. A Space holds everything one group needs, so work stops being scattered across messages, documents, and someone's memory.

What a Space contains

  • Task board — work moving through To do, In progress, and Done, with owners and priorities.
  • Notes — shared written material, with Markdown and math rendered.
  • Files — shared documents, organized in Space folders and backed by Crux Cloud.
  • Chat — channels for the group, plus direct messages between two people.
  • Calendar — shared events with RSVPs.
  • Announcements and polls — for telling everyone something, and for deciding quickly.
  • Resources — links to the Cloud folders, CruxAI conversations, and pages the group keeps returning to.
  • Workspace assistant — CruxAI, working from the Space's shared context.

Who it is for

A Space works the same whether the group is a project team, a club, a study group, or a household. There is no team-size assumption baked in.

Privacy

Spaces are private to their members. People are identified by Crux ID username — email addresses are never shown to other members. Direct messages are visible only to their two participants and are deliberately excluded from Space search and from the workspace assistant.

Getting started

Sign in with your Crux ID and create a Space, or accept an invite link someone sent you. Your home page lists every Space you belong to, along with recent activity across all of them.
