When managing your files and digital workspace, knowing your available capacity is key to keeping your workflows running smoothly. If you are using Crux Cloud, our dedicated file storage and management platform, here is what you need to know about your storage allotment and how it interacts with your account.
The Crux Cloud Storage Limit
Currently, all Crux Cloud users are limited to 25GB of storage space.
- Fixed Capacity: You cannot upgrade or buy more storage at this time.
- Platform Availability: While capabilities can vary by platform or context, you can access full cloud workflows at https://cloud.cruxinteractive.com.
- AI Integration: Users can access advanced CruxAI-powered file management through Crux Cloud's AI panel to assist with organization and search tasks.
Crux Cloud Storage vs. CruxAI Sandboxes
It is important to know that Crux Cloud storage is entirely separate from CruxAI sandbox storage.
- Crux Cloud (25GB): This acts as your dedicated file storage and management platform surface.
- CruxAI Sandboxes: These are used when CruxAI generates files and exposes them to the user for viewing or sharing, with typical outputs including markdown files, code files, notes, and reports. These sandbox allocations depend on your plan limits and do not draw from your Crux Cloud storage.
