A Crux ID is a single account for every Crux Interactive product. Create one and you have access to CruxAI, Crux Cloud, Crux Spaces, and the rest — one username, one password, one place to manage it.
Creating one
Go to id.cruxinteractive.com and choose to register. You can sign up with an email address and password, or use Google or Apple sign-in.
After the first step you complete your profile, including choosing a username.
Choosing a username
Your username is how other people identify you across Crux — it is what Spaces members see and what Crux Cloud uses when you share a file with someone. Your email address is never shown to other users.
Pick something you are happy for collaborators to see, and something recognizable — a person deciding whether to accept a shared file wants to know who sent it.
Age verification
You may be asked to confirm your age during sign-up. This determines which features are available and whether family controls apply. Enter your real age — see the age verification article for details.
First things to do
- Turn on two-factor authentication, in the account portal under Security. It is the single biggest improvement you can make to your account's safety.
- Save your backup codes somewhere outside your password manager, in case you lose your phone.
- Check your notification preferences so security alerts reach you.
- Add a profile picture if you will be working in Spaces — it makes you identifiable at a glance.
One account, everywhere
You do not create separate accounts per product. Signing in at any Crux site signs you in across the others, and a subscription bought in one place applies to your Crux ID rather than to one device or one product.
