Everything you have said to CruxAI belongs to you, and Settings -> Your data is where you take it with you or remove it.
Exporting
- Export all chats — downloads your conversation data as JSON, including messages and their order.
- Export profile — downloads your memory and personalization data: saved facts, style settings, and personal context.
JSON is a plain text format, so the export stays readable and importable into other tools years from now. Run an export before any deletion you are not completely sure about.
Deleting
- Delete all chats — removes every conversation from your history.
- Reset CruxAI memory — clears saved memories and personal context fields.
Both are permanent and neither can be undone. They are also independent: deleting your chats does not clear memory, and resetting memory does not delete your chats.
Deleting individual items instead
- A single conversation — delete it from Conversation history.
- A single saved fact — edit it out of the Active memories box in Memory & privacy.
- A generated image, artifact, or file — delete it from Library.
Account-level privacy and deletion
Your Crux ID, privacy requests, and full account deletion are handled in the account center rather than in CruxAI. Open Account privacy from the same tab, or go to account.cruxinteractive.com. Deleting your Crux ID affects every Crux Interactive product, not just CruxAI.
