Verified devices and login approval

To protect your account, a sign-in from a new location or device can require explicit approval before it's allowed. Devices you've already trusted skip this step.

How approval works

  • When a new-location sign-in is detected, you approve it from an already-verified device, or via an email approval as a fallback.
  • Trusted devices are remembered so you're not asked every time.
  • You may also receive a new-location login alert by email so you always know when your account is accessed from somewhere new.

Manage your devices

  1. Go to account.cruxinteractive.com and open the Security area.
  2. Review your devices/sessions and remove any you don't recognize.
If you get an approval request or login alert you didn't initiate, deny it and change your password. Turning on 2FA adds another layer.
